Easy Lime Mousse

The acid in the lime juice makes the cream congeal, so no cooking is necessary. It’s as easy as mixing and refrigerating! This is fantastic as a refreshing dessert.

Lime Mousse

Easy Lime Mousse
2 cups

4 limes, squeezed
1 can condensed milk
1 cup whipping cream

Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender and refrigerate before serving.

Hi!

My story is that I'm thinking of trying a pescetarian diet and currently in state of accumulating knowledge about nutrition and everything related. Finding good recipes online is pretty hard thing! Thank you for your blog, you've got really wonderful recipes I'll surely keep in count! Best of luck and more recipes, please! :))))

Thanks, Alexander!! I'll try to keep the recipes coming. Best of luck becoming pescetarian! It's a fantastic way to keep your meals light and healthy and to continue to keep complete proteins and your essential fatty acids in your diet. This is also possible with a vegetarian diet, but you'll have a much easier way of it being pescetarian.
